- Professional details (Name of channel/paper, PRGI/RNI certificate, proof of experience).
- Passport size photo and nominee details.

- To verify your identity and eligibility.
- To generate your digital certificate and 'National Press ID Card'.
- To contact you regarding renewals, policy updates, or council notices.
- To maintain official records and the national media directory.

All information and documents provided by you are kept secure on our servers with state-of-the-art
digital security and encryption. We are committed to the security of your data.
4. Sharing of Information:
- We do not sell or rent any of your personal data to any third company for marketing purposes.
- Only if a written request is made by the Government of India, Police, or Law Enforcement Agencies under any legal investigation or criminal case, will we share your information with them for compliance with the law.
5. Updating Information:
- A member can correct their primary contact details and address by logging into their dashboard at any time.
- For changes in legal documents, a request must be made via official email.
